Kirsten Gray is a Women’s Health Specialist in Perimenopause and Menopause with over 25 years’ experience in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Aromatherapy. She offers evidence-based, practical support to help women navigate hormonal change with clarity and confidence.
With over 25 years in women’s health, Kirsten supports women through perimenopause and menopause with a blend of grounded expertise, evidence-based care and genuine heart. She understands that midlife isn’t simply a hormonal shift — it’s an inner shift — and her work is centred on helping women feel steady, informed and deeply supported as they navigate this transition.
Using Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition alongside gentle mind–body tools, Kirsten focuses on easing symptoms while uncovering what your body truly needs. Her mission is to empower women to feel clearer, calmer and more connected to themselves as they step into the next chapter with confidence, vitality and a renewed sense of who they are becoming.

With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Kirsten specialises in women’s health with a particular focus on perimenopause, menopause and midlife hormonal imbalance. Her work is grounded in evidence-based natural medicine, and she remains a dedicated life-long learner — regularly updating her skills and knowledge through ongoing professional education and practitioner conferences.

Kirsten works through a bioregulatory and systems-based approach — recognising that every aspect of a woman’s physiology is interconnected. Your hormonal health, metabolic function, inflammatory load, nutritional status and environmental exposures are all considered when assessing how you are moving through perimenopause and menopause.
Using Naturopathy, Clinical Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Aromatherapy, Kirsten develops personalised, evidence-informed treatment plans designed to stabilise symptoms, restore balance and support long-term health outcomes.
Her clinical assessments take into account a broad range of contributing factors — toxin exposure, digestive and microbiome health, stress physiology, sleep quality, lifestyle patterns, genetics and the ecological ‘terrain’ of the body. While her primary focus is women’s health in midlife, Kirsten also provides care for paediatrics and teens. Distance consultations via Zoom or FaceTime are available for those unable to attend in person.
