An experienced women's health Naturopath of 25+ years, Kirsten is proud to provide a high quality level of professionalism, natural medicine experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all her patients. Her goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible while healing the root cause of your health issue. This is achieved using a number of modalities in combination such as; Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition & The Emotion or Body Code - a truly holistic approach. Her mission is to inspire, educate and empower others to make stronger health choices in order to achieve their personal health goals and experience optimal health, wellbeing and fulfilment in life.

An experienced Naturopath of 25+ years, Kirsten has an emphasis on women's health and supports women's health in areas such as Preconception Care, Pregnancy, PMT, Hormonal imbalance, and Menopause. Kirsten also runs a successful allergy clinic, offering non-invasive testing and treatment. A life-long learner, Kirsten attends regular practitioner conferences.

Kirsten encompasses a Bioregulatory approach to health care - meaning your entire being is taken into consideration - your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.
Using a variety of skills including Naturopathy, Nutrition, Aromatherapy and The Emotion Code & Body Code to bring you a personalised, comprehensive, balanced and a transformational approach to health.
There are many factors that go into individualised evaluations of a patient’s health, including an assessment of environmental toxins, ecological terrain, lifestyle patterns and habits, social and professional influences, and genetics. A specialist in women's health, Kirsten also treats Paediatrics and Teens. Distance/online consultations via Zoom or FaceTime are available for those unable to attend the clinic in person.
